After giving up many years of full time employment, I rather unexpectedly found myself training as a bookbinder. This has led me on a journey into repairing books, making new books and the asociated art of designer bindings, and now teaching.

I run one day courses through the winter months from my home in Aylsham.

I have exhibited with the Designer Bookbinders at the Flow Gallery in London, and in 2004 and 2007 received awards in the annual Designer Bookbinders competition.

I am currently exploring moving the book into a more sculptural form.
