I have worked for most of my career as a ceramic artist, making high-fired tableware, decorative porcelain, slip trailed earthenware, raku and smoke fired vessels, and large scale figurative work.

For many years I had a pottery in York producing domestic stoneware. Later from my studio in Norfolk I specialised in making commemorative slipware for the National Trust.

My particular interest now is in sculpting the human figure, from small scale work to life size.  I trained at Wimbledon School of Art as a mature student on the Theatre Design course for Technical Interpretation and Special Effects.

I now work from my studio in Saxlingham Nethergate,
South Norfolk.
