Fi Kilpatrick is a contemporary artist working mainly in glass. Having studied Mural Design at Chelsea School of Art, Fi specialised in stained glass and set up a glass studio in Portobello in 1988, designing and making glass panels to commission.
She has recently set up her glass studio in West Norfolk, having relocated from Cornwall.
Fi is passionate about both glass and mixed media and her work at the moment undoubtedly draws on the coast and rural outlook around north and west Norfolk for inspiration.
Fi works mainly to commission for both commercial and residential clients, whilst also teaching small, private classes. Fi has exhibited extensively throughout the UK as well as showing her work at a number of Trade Fairs. Her pieces are collected internationally.
Fi runs regular classes throughout the year, and has taught the art of both Fused and Stained Glass for many years. Always learning new skills, Fi has studied under Mark Angus, Alison Kinnaird, Gayle Mathias and Detlef Tanz.
